As a matter of fact, while I was looking all this up, I got to thinking.  Why stop at Herbs?  There is so much more to Magick than knowing the herbal facts.  So, I am going to include the best Day of the Week for a working pertaining to each subject, and the best color suited if you want to use candles.

Mugwort is probably the most widely used Witches herb of all time.  It produces visionary dreams, as well as giving you the ability to remember and control them, and is a prime ingredient in dream pillows.

Chakras are commonly known as the 7 energy centers in our body in which energy flows.  The idea, belief or discovery of Chakras came from the Tantric and Yoga traditions of Hinduism and Buddhism.

White Willow Bark can be good for spells and rituals of healing as well as those of binding.  Willow wands can also be used for healing.  White Willow Bark has been used medicinally for centuries.  Today, White Willow Bark is primarily used in the treatment of pain.

Herbal Remedies:  Comfrey is an amazingly diverse healing herb!  Comfrey Leaves has long been known by the ancients to slow bleeding, heal strains, inflammations, and pulled muscles.
